Communication is practically non-existent—getting any kind of response feels like pulling teeth. On top of that, the shipping service they use is just as bad as they are. Every interaction with this seller has been a source of anxiety and stress.
They completely disregard customer concerns and make you feel like you’re a burden for reaching out. We have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life.

Update 23/01/25- Finally received our parcel today after 1 and a half month of wait and it is magnificent cannot lie about it.
However, does not take away the fact that the item was lost in the transit for over 1 month and no one would/could help us.
