Talk4writing biography of michael

Talk 4 Writing is the Pie Corbett/Julia Strong strategy of raising standards in English through kinaesthetic learning by orally imitating, innovating and inventing a text.

I have studied and practised this approach, developing it across my year group and introduced it into the planning.

This also involves the use of Speaking Frames which I have used across the curriculum. What follows are some examples of how Talk 4 Writing was used and its successes. All images can be clicked on for enlargements.
